i found the staff very friendly and helpful . breakfast offered a great selection each morning. location provided easy access to transport links, which i found convenient. the florence restaurant next door, was a fantastic dining option.
the bathroom tap was a bit temperamental. it made a popping noise after use. this happened when anyone in the next room used water. this woke me up one morning.

comfortable bedfresh breakfast
i stayed in a twin room with my daughter on the top floor , it was a pleasant stay. the room and ensuite were super clean. the beds were very comfortable. breakfast was cooked fresh , with a grab bag option. the hotel's proximity to metro stations , restaurants and bars really helped.
i found the room walls to be stained and marked , something a paint refresh could easily address.
